WHAT WE DO
Protect your home from water damage, maintain its appearance and enhance its longevity
Seamless Gutter Installation
Most gutter problems start at the seams. Sectional gutters are joined every ten feet, and every one of those joints is a spot where sealant eventually fails and water starts finding its way behind your fascia.
We do not deal with that, because we do not buy pre-made gutter. We bring rolled aluminum coil to your house and run it through our machine in the driveway, so your gutters come off the truck cut to the exact length of your rooflines. The only seams in the whole system are at the corners.
A few things we do on every install that are worth asking other companies about:
- We fasten with washered screws inside the gutter. Most companies around here don't, and that washer is what keeps the fastener from becoming a slow leak five years in.
- We seal with actual gutter sealant, not silicone. Silicone is cheaper and it fails faster on aluminum.
- We size the system to the roof. A steep roof dumping into an undersized gutter will overflow no matter how well it's hung, so we look at roof pitch and square footage before we quote, not after.
You can choose your color and profile to match the trim on your house. Most installs are finished in a single day.
Gutter Guard Installation
If you are climbing a ladder twice a year to scoop wet leaves out of your gutters, gutter guards are the fix. They are also the service our customers are happiest with a year later, because the payoff shows up every fall when nothing happens.
Guards keep leaves, pine needles, shingle grit, and seed pods out of the channel so water keeps moving. That matters more here than people expect. Between the oaks and the pines around Lake Norman, an unprotected gutter can pack solid in one season, and a packed gutter is heavy enough to pull away from the fascia in a hard summer storm.

Guards are the natural pair to a new gutter system, and most of our customers do both at the same time, since it is one trip and one install. If your existing gutters are in good shape, we can add guards to what you already have.
Full Gutter System Replacement
This is most of what we do. When a house needs new gutters, it usually needs the whole system reworked, not a patch: new seamless gutter, properly sized downspouts, corners and miters sealed correctly, and guards on top so it stays clear.
Signs it's time to replace instead of repair:
- Water spilling over the front edge during ordinary rain, which usually means undersized gutter or too few downspouts, not a clog
- Gutters pulling away from the fascia, or visible sag between hangers
- Staining and streaking down your siding
- Peeling paint, soft fascia board, or mulch washed out of the beds below the roofline
- Sectional gutters with sealant cracking at every joint
Here's how a full replacement goes with us. We come out and look at the house in person, talk through what's actually failing, and take measurements. You get a firm written price while we're standing there, not a "we'll email you something next week." If you want to move forward, we lock in an install date, usually within the same day. Most full systems go in start to finish in one day, and larger or more complex homes take two.
We do not take a deposit. You pay when the job is finished and you've walked it with us. Plenty of people around here have been burned by a contractor who took half up front, and we would rather just not be part of that conversatio
Gutter Repairs
Not every gutter problem needs a new system. If yours are in decent shape and something specific has gone wrong, we'll fix that instead of selling you something you don't need.
Common repairs we handle:
- Gutters that have pulled loose or sagged between hangers
- Leaking seams, corners, and miters
- Downspouts that came off in a storm or were never draining where they should
- Sections damaged by a fallen limb
- Water running behind the gutter instead of into it, usually a pitch or drip edge problem
We also get a fair number of calls from homeowners who had someone else install gutters, ran into a problem, and then couldn't get that company to answer the phone. Some of them we originally quoted. We take those jobs, and we don't make it awkward.
When you call, you'll usually reach one of us the same day. If something we installed is the problem, we're back out that day or the next.
Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters don't stay a gutter problem for long. Water backs up under the shingles, spills over the edge onto the foundation, and washes out whatever you planted underneath. Around here, a fall's worth of oak leaves and pine needles is usually enough to do it.
We clear the full run, flush the downspouts so you know they're actually draining, bag the debris, and take it with us. While we're up there, we'll tell you what we see. Loose hangers, a failing seam, rusted sectional gutter that's near the end. Not as a sales pitch, just so nothing surprises you later.
Pricing: Most gutter cleanings in our service area run between $299 and $399. What moves the number is the size of the roofline, how many stories, how steep the pitch is, and how long it's been. If you want an exact price, call and describe the house and we'll get close over the phone.
